Hatha Flow Yoga

The Hatha Flow style is a fusion between Hatha and Vinyasa. Its approach maintains the technique and principles of classical yoga but combines them with fluid movements and breathing exercises that align the body, promoting harmony and order.

To start your day on the right foot or end it with relaxed and refreshed muscles, we have Hatha Flow Yoga sessions every day:

  • Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9:30 a.m. the morning.

Namaste.

Beer and music

On Tuesday, December 27, at 6:00 pm, get ready to dance like never before and delight your senses. Our live DJ will surprise you with his wide selection and remixes perfect for the occasion, while Su Pancha Madre, our exquisite partner beer, will show you new flavors inspired by San Pancho and its surroundings.

Gather your friends and come visit us for a unique evening with all the attitude. Practice your best dance moves, get your outfits ready, and prepare to have a blast.

Tequila tasting </h2> Tequila is the quintessential drink of Mexico and, more specifically, of the state of Jalisco. It is an internationally recognized delicacy which’s flavor is not only part of the culinary tradition but has become a national and international cultural phenomenon.

This Thursday 29, at 6:00 p.m., dare to try this delight in one of our many tastings and let yourself be surprised by the flavor of the maguey stalk. And don't forget to raise your “caballito” and toast. Cheers! Here’s to hoping the last week of the year is a wonderful one.

Mexican cooking classes

On Saturday, December 31, to end it all on the highest note, participate in our Mexican cooking classes, where you will learn to prepare nothing more and nothing less than delicious tamales, one of the best-known dishes in Mexican cuisine and one of the most popular traditional delicacies inside and outside the country.

In addition to a schedule full of surprises, tastings, and wellness, you can also enjoy the local festivals of San Pancho, the Christmas fairs, and the New Year's Eve parties on the beach, as well as the comfort of resting in a small natural paradise sheltered by the evergreen mountains of the Sierra Madre and the warm Pacific Ocean.
