Agua de Luna Boutique Hotel requires a minimum deposit of 50% of the stay to guarantee a reservation, with a limit of 24 hours after making the booking in the system to be considered confirmed. To secure your reservation, the payment must be submitted through the payment link sent to your email .Once the payment is secured you will receive a confirmation email.
Deposit is required to guarantee the reservation, with the balance due at check-in, The credit card owner must be present with a valid ID during check-in if the reservation was guaranteed by credit card.
Full payment of the stay must be completed at check in to have access to the room and facilities. If the reservation is not paid in full at check in the status will change to “No show” incurring to a 1 night penalty.
Full payment deposit is required to guarantee reservations made 15 days prior arrival.
Guests must agree to the terms and conditions when booking.
Reservations can be modified up to 15 days before arrival, with rates and availability subject to change for future dates. Cancellations within 15 days of arrival and No-shows incur a 1 night penalty. Early departures result in the total amount being charged. The cancellation request must be submitted by the reservation holder via email including the confirmation number.
Reservations made 5 days before arrival are not refundable or modifiable. No-shows incur a full stay penalty
Reservations of 2 nights or more, if the client does not show up at the hotel on the established date and time, the reservation will be considered a “No-show” and will incur a 1 night penalty, with the option to arrive on the second night and continue with their reservation.
Any reservation that does not show up on established arrival day and time will be considered as No show.
